Our Leadership
Patriot Benefits is an established multi-generational business located in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. We were envisioned by Carsten Pedersen in 2003 who immediately brought in Flemming Pedersen and together they set out to help employers navigate the complexities of employee benefits. Carsten spent his prior carrier working for a large insurance carrier but was drawn to become a direct resource for employers and their employees. Now in our third decade, our team is proudly led by Carsten, his son Nick Pedersen (2015), and Cj Martin (2019).
We predominantly serve small and mid-sized employers by providing them with the comprehensive attention traditionally reserved for much larger companies. Living and working locally makes us the perfect fit for employers headquartered in southeastern PA, as it allows us to provide local market expertise.
Additionally, we advocate on the employer’s behalf via representation on the PA National Association of Benefits & Insurance Professionals (PA-NABIP) board where Nick serves as Secretary. In short, we exist to serve you and look forward to working with you for many more years to come.
